Who Are Mark and Terry?
MARK ZAIA
Mark Zaia has been in the mortgage business since 1985. He has owned his own mortgage company specializing in Fairfield and Westchester Counties. An innovator, clients rely on Mark for his creative financing and direct approach. Mark teaches continuing education to Realtors in Westchester and Connecticut. Mark grew up in Garden City Long Island and resides in CT with his wife and three children. He is an avid salt water fisherman and skier.
TERRY HASTINGS
Terry has been in the real estate and mortgage industry since 1985. He has experience in real estate sales, management and was a vice-president for one of the nation’s largest real estate companies prior to joining his family’s mortgage company. Terry teaches continuing education to thousands of Realtors across Connecticut and is a contributing mortgage columnist for the Hearst papers including the Greenwich Time and Stamford Advocate. He is a long-suffering Mets fan with three daughters.
